Breath Taking Sunset

As I turned West to head home tonight, I was greeted with this sunset.  I had to pull over to take the picture!

Some how this took on the aspects of a painting.  It is my road side shot.  I had never seen Echinacea  wild before.

Built in 1941, but the newspaper has been issued since 1894. Obits of my grandfather, and great grandmother were found here.

A Secret Iris

My mother had randomly planted some bulbs in the yard, but this is the first time  I have seen this iris.  It is beautiful and reminds me of my youth in Oklahoma.
